1. Is SnugGlow a real store?
Yes! SnugGlow is a fully operating e-commerce store. To be upfront: we are a dropshipping store, which means we don’t hold products in our own warehouse. Instead, items are shipped directly from trusted suppliers. We chose this model to keep prices fair and transparent, without the inflated costs you often see elsewhere.
2. Why are there no reviews yet?
SnugGlow is still new. We don’t believe in buying fake reviews or creating false feedback. Instead, we want to earn genuine reviews from real customers over time. While your first order may not have hundreds of ratings to rely on, it will come with our promise of honesty, support, and transparency.
3. How long will my order take to arrive?
Shipping times vary depending on the product and your location. On average, orders take 7–21 days. Some items may arrive sooner, while others may take longer depending on customs or local delivery networks.
4. Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes — as long as your order has not yet been processed and shipped. If you placed the wrong order, need to change the address, or simply wish to cancel, contact us immediately via email or store chat. Once the order is shipped, we can no longer cancel or modify it.

5. What happens if my order is delayed?
Once an order is shipped, delivery is handled by the courier and local postal services. Delays can happen, especially during busy seasons or due to customs. If that occurs, we’ll stay in touch, share updates when available, and guide you on the next steps.

6. What if I never receive my package?
If your order doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe plus a reasonable buffer, please contact us. We’ll investigate with the supplier and the shipping carrier. In cases where a package is lost, we’ll work with you toward a fair solution.
7. Do you offer refunds or returns?
Refund is possible (Within 14 Days of Purchase) in certain situations — such as receiving the wrong item, damaged goods, or if the package is lost. Because we don’t hold physical stock, the process may take longer than with large retail stores, but we’ll always do our best to resolve issues fairly. Reach out as soon as possible if you face a problem.
